- Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- For booking of services on website, you will only receive 30% of the amount paid due to service charge by the payment processing company. Receipt of your payment will take not less than 3 working days.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products, such as shea butter creams, hair food creams, or shampoos.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
- Wigs that have been styled, worn, or altered.
