   • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes.
   • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking, using the accepted methods provided on our website.

3. Online Shop Policies

1. Order Process:
   • Orders are processed once payment is received.
   • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of your order.
2. Shipping & Delivery:
   • Delivery times and costs are outlined during the checkout process.
   • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations:
   • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

4. Booking Terms

1. Appointments:
   • Appointments for barbering, salon, or spa services must be booked in advance.
   • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations:
   • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds: For booking of services on website, you will only receive 30% of the amount paid due to service charge by the payment processing company. Receipt of your payment will take not less than 3 working days.
